I am writing to express my profound appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Jeff ** and his team at the Mavis Tire & Brakes location in Rockmart, Georgia. My experience at this establishment significantly exceeded my expectations and merits recognition. In August 2023, I purchased new tires for my 2018 Mazda 3 from another Mavis location and soon encountered persistent issues with the vehicle vibrating at speeds above 50 mph. Despite attempts to resolve this at another service provider, the problem worsened, leading me to visit the newly opened Mavis store in Rockmart on April 27, 2024.
Upon explaining the ongoing issues to Mr. **, he promptly initiated a diagnostic process, involving a test drive and a thorough inspection by his mechanics. It was quickly discovered that the tires were improperly balanced due to excessive weights. Under Mr. **'s direction, his team corrected the issue efficiently and demonstrated the adjustments to me, ensuring I understood the resolution. What stood out most was Mr. **'s insistence on waiving the fees for the service, emphasizing customer satisfaction above all. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to service excellence were evident and greatly appreciated, especially given my initial frustration.
The quality of service and genuine care exhibited by Jeff and his team have firmly established my trust in Mavis Tire & Brakes, Rockmart, as my go-to service provider. This experience starkly contrasts with my recent visit to another service outlet, where the issue was overlooked. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Jeff Irwin and his team. My son let me borrow his car because it was crazy hot, and my car's AC is not working. I was on my way to a doctor's appointment. The car started to sound funny. There was a ton of traffic, and road construction. I continued on to MD building. When I parked, there it was, a flat tire! I went in for my appointment. When I came out, I thought,what am I going to do? Because it was after 5, I wanted to go somewhere close. I looked up tire places, Mavis came up, and it was about a mile away. Perfect. I called my friend. She had used Mavis in Saratoga Springs all the time. She told me that they were goo, so go. Really no line. Pulled right in. All the technicians were very courteous and pleasant.
Angelo and I went to my car, and I explained what happened. Took my car right away. Showed me the damaged tire. I had to purchase a new one. $119 for the tire. I didn't realize how much would be for taxes and labor etc. I'm very pleased with the service I received. Especially being an older woman with disabilities. Recommended!!

I just wanted to take the time to see how very pleased I was with my experience today. I called this morning on my way to work as I passed the shop and spoke with Edmond. He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and was able to get me in for the services that I needed. I watch the entire team work on my truck and interacted with each one of them at some point during my time there everyone was outstanding and helpful. I dealt mostly with Edmond and Travis, but the other guys were all working together to get my job done so that I could get back on the road. Excellent customer service. I will be back for all my auto needs. And I will be Sending friends and family. Wanted to buy new tires for a 9 hour trip in a few days. After making an appt on a Sat, I arrived and they were overrun w customers. I offered to come back the next day and they were appreciative. Called 1 hr before my new appt time to make sure the time was still good - said that I could come on Mon if need be. I was assured the time was good and that I would be out before 2pm. I told them I had a 2pm Appt. I pd for my new tires at 1:57pm which caused me to miss my appt. Also, my seat and steering ew changed and I can't get the setting back. I had asked for a quiet tire and my new tires are noisy. Now what?
