Objective

To create a distraction-free worship environment, where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.\u00A0

Key Responsibilities

Work with the worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence:\u00A0

• Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining serve staff team
• Maintain Planning Center Online (PCO) service plans and schedules
• Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff
• Program lighting and media content for weekend services
• Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction-free experience
• Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions
• Execute high quality, distraction-free worship services with serve staff team
• Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events
• Identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues that may occur
• Maintain production team equipment and software
• Disciple and lead serve staff team and encourage growth both spiritually and in their serve staff position
• Attend and contribute to central, campus and one-on-one meetings
• Other duties as needed

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days of hours are work are Sunday through Thursday. \u00A0

The church has several big events, (\u201CAll-Skates\u201D) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.\u00A0

Work Environment

This job operates in varied environments including office, stage and tech booth. staging equipment.\u00A0

Physical Demands

This job is typically one that is active and not in one place for long periods of time. It will sometimes require the ability to lift heavy equipment, use tools, move staging equipment.\u00A0 Lifting of 50 pounds or more will be required in this role.\u00A0

Ministerial Exception
