(Y/N) POV -
"AAAHHHH!" I screamed as I woke up.
I can never get used to this.
I woke up in a graveyard? Church?
IDK. I no one could ever specify what this place is supposed to be.
I left the room, and slowly made my way down a few stairs.
I reached a small opening, when something fell from the sky.
I weird creature made of multiple people, all grafted to a young boy.
"Let's do this. LEEERROOOYYY JEEEEENKINS!!!" I shouted as I rushed at the monster.
It pulled out it's shield, and bashed me with it.
"Hah! You'll need to do better than that!" I said as I rolled to dodge it's swords.
Something's wrong, I can feel it.
I attacked it with a glintstone pebble, so I don't accidentally kill it, but the little f*cker smacked me with it's shield and I fell down the cliff.
"Dam you gravity!" I shouted as I fainted.

Malenia POV -
"So, this is the tarnished you've chosen?" I asked.
Torrent nodded.
"I don't know what you find interesting about him, but I hope he doesn't end up like the last one" I said.
Torrent bonked with his tail.
"Hey! What was that for!?" I asked.
He made a noise similar to laughing and vanished.
Did.... Did that horse just laugh at me!?
I dropped the flasks near the tarnished as I went to look for Torrent.
"Come her you little shi-" I said as he quickly ran away.

(Y/N) POV -
I woke up in a familiar cave with a bunch of flasks near me.
That girl.
She never checks if I already have them or not.
I found a site of grace, and stored the flasks in my inventory.
The way to limgrave was something that I perfectly remembered at this point.
Before opening the door, I wore a mask to hide my face.
Or my eyes to be specific.
Can't exactly let people see a random Tarnished with Dragon and Frenzied flame eyes running around, can I.
I opened the door, and was greeted by a familiar asshole.
"But you, I'm afraid, are maidenless" he said.
"Well, I don't see any maidens with you" I said.
"Listen her you li-" he said before I stabbed him with Malenia's sword.
"No bitches?" I asked as I stood over him.
"You maidenless runt" he said as he slowly bled to death.
"Oi, oi, oi. This blade right here? It's something I got from my maiden" I said.
"Still not better than deez" he said as he started turning into ash.
"Wait... what's deez?" I asked.
"Deez nuts" an echo said as he vanished.
"GOD DAMMIT!" I shouted.
I was so angry that I managed to kill a tree sentinel with just glintstone pebbles.
A soldier patrolling the area saw me, and quickly ran away.
Before going to gatefront, I decided to visitKalé.
"Ah, a tarnished" he said as he looked at me.
I chatted with him for a few minutes, before he showed my some of his wares.
"I'll take your entire stock" I said.
"Are you sure? I don't think you know how many runes this will cost you" he said.
I slammed a pouch of runes in front of him.
"Did I stutter?" I asked.
Kalé seemed surprised at seeing the runes, but gave a small chuckle.
"Nice doing business with ya" he said as he handed me all his stuff.
"You too" I said as I walked away.

It's been millions of time I've done this, and I said you too!?
I reached gatefront, but I wanted to get rid of my embarrassment before meeting Malenia, so I decided to fight some of Godrick's soldiers.
I launched the flame of frenzy at the camp, but one guy managed to survive.
That one knight.
He blocked it with his shield.
What the f*ck!?
He started rushing towards me, and I accidentally used Ekzykes' decay on him.
He managed to stab me a couple of times, and I was unable to properly use the incantation.
Elden beast who?
This f*cker is tougher.
I pulled out the sacred relic sword, and stabbed him in the leg.
"Parry that, you filthy casual" I said as I spat some blood.
"Why? Why are you killing us?" he asked.
"Meh. Don't worry. I needed to blow some steam. You guys will be back" I said as I chopped his head off.
Huh... Guess I'll die.
I pulled out my sword, and stabbed myself.

This time things went way better.
I still managed to fall off the cliff, but rest were better.
Still accidentally said 'you too'.
... Atleast I didn't fall for the deez nuts joke!
I reached gatefront, and rested at the site of grace.
Soon, a familiar girl appeared near me.
"Greetings. Traveller from beyond the fog" she said.

In this story, Melina is Melania.
She's also the dust eyed queen, but I'll go into the details in later chapters.
