We recently moved( February), changed our address and had the mail forwarding system set up. An important piece of mail was sent to our old address. Called that post office and they said to call Cherry Hill. We have been calling numerous times a day for the past week with no pick up. This is incredibly frustrating as the rest of our mail gets forwarded to our new address and when we need assistance no one picks up. 0/10 for customer service at the cherry hill location.

Very upset. I stayed home on purpose because I knew thr mailperson would need a signature for my medication...which I was almost out of. The mailperson did not knock...just left a pink slip!

Paid for 2 day Priority mail. Package shipped flawlessly from Oklahoma to Cherry Hill on schedule. Cherry Hill sorting error delayed the package which still has not arrived even though USPS tracking shows out for delivery by 8 pm. What year ?!!! Cherry Hill post office is the weak link !

Cherry Hill USPS answered the phone and Roy addressed my issue promptly. Roy also made a follow-up call to ensure my needs were met and provided direct contact information. I am extremely pleased with the service I received.

Again no mail delivered. I don't understand how a major cut through street can be missed every other week. Thanks to the neighbor website I realize you people are not doing your job and just don't care. Try to find out why and its always a different excuse.

I have been in Cherry Hill NJ for the last 16 years. I have not received my mail for 2 weeks. Sometimes it shows up at my neighbors house. This is VERY Annoying. I have called and told the post office numerous times. I still don't have mail pick up or mail delivery. How do these people have JOBS !!!!

Don't even bother calling! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! I finally drove down there to be met by extremely unpleasant staff. Wasted my entire Saturday morning and never found my undeliverable package (which had the correct mailing address on it). Horrible, horrible service!

USPS is the worst, They told me i had to pick up a package, cause our office was closed for the storm. Then i go in today monday, wait 20 mins in line with only two people working. and as they are working they are chatting with other co-workers, instead of worrying about the line out the door. Then they tell me they can't find my package. And asked for my number so they could call when they found it and for me to come in and pick it up. I almost lost it, this is the worst post office ever. I've been to one's in the ghetto with better service and accountablite.

Terrible service and moronic staff. This is the third straight package that was mailed to my correct address, but some idiot in the USPS took it upon him/her/itself to change the town and zip code and the package was returned to the sender marked undeliverable. It was first returned to the regional center at 2:00 this morning and then returned before 7:00 this morning. And the damn phone system wouldn't give me to customer service until 9:00 AM - hours too late. The person I dealt with at Cherry Hill was rude and tried to blame the shipper (each of the three shipments they fouled up was from a different shipper and all were originally mailed to the proper shipping address).I appreciate trying to provide jobs to the unskilled unfortunate - but not if they can't even deliver a package to the address on the original shipping label!!!Never have this problem with FedEx or UPS - lesson learned!
