Welcome to "ISLAND BREEZE"! This gorgeous beachfront home is located in the St. George Plantation and has access to the community amenities including two swimming pools, fitness center, pickle ball court, tennis courts, nature trails and bicycle paths. The exterior features a beautifully landscaped entrance, private covered parking, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, an outdoor wet bar with lounge area that looks out to the beach and beyond, park-style grill and a private boardwalk to the beach. New to the property is a private pool that can be heated for a fee. The ground floor foyer features a staircase and elevator making unloading a breeze. Moving up to the first floor, you are greeted by the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This floor features wood floors throughout. The living area offers comfortable seating, fireplace, smart TV with satellite, Blu-ray, Netflix and Amazon streaming. The beachfront deck offers 180-degree island views, rocking chairs and an outdoor dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The first floor features 3 of the 5 bedrooms, including one with direct access to the large, screened porch. The master suite is handicap accessible and features a king bed with en-suite bathroom that is handicap accessible and features a freedom shower. Two other bedrooms feature en-suite bathroom. The second floor (accessible by elevator) has sleeping accommodations that include 2 bedrooms with direct access to the porch, featuring panoramic views of the Gulf. Both bedrooms on this floor feature en-suite bathrooms.

AMENITIES: Private pool, multiple TVs, elevator, well equipped kitchen with granite tile countertops and stainless appliances, hardwood flooring throughout, and handicap accessible master suite with handicap accessible bathroom featuring a freedom shower. Covered screened porch, under-house lounge area, outdoor kitchen area, fish cleaning station, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, under-house concrete parking. Dog kennel is provided and required to be used when your pet must be left alone in property.

PRIVATE POOL (Heated for a fee of $400 per week)

ELEVATOR ($100 Fee Required)

PET FRIENDLY (1 Dog Only, Under 25lbs. each. A $100 Non-refundable Pet Fee is required.)

Guest privileges do include use of the Plantation Clubhouse, Plantation community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and fitness center.

Beyond Wonderful!!!
Island Breeze was a perfect rental home for our vacation! It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the screened back porch listening to the waves and watching dolphins at play. We will definitely be back!

Girls trip!
We stayed at Island Breeze for a girls’ trip and couldn’t have been more impressed with our accommodations. Especially, since there were 9 of us. When we booked the trip, we didn’t realize the new pool would be ready. We are so thankful it was there. We had a couple days of riptide warnings and my daughters and their friends spent most of the time in the pool. I enjoyed the proximity of the beach to the screened in porch, where I could sit and watch the sunrise. Now I know they have a pool, we will definitely stay there again.

Island Breeze

Incredible property
The beautiful drive down St. George Island still didn’t prepare us for how beautiful the Island Breeze home is. From the beautifully decorated interior to the breathtaking view of the beach and oven from the massive screened porch, it was the most beautiful place we have stayed. We would definitely go there again.

Island Breeze - Great vacation home!
Beautiful home! Extremely well stocked with high end appliances. Everything from to bottom was immaculate. We've been staying at SGI for over 12 years. This is definitely one of our favorite homes. Dolphins dancing at Island Breeze
This place is absolutely beautiful inside and of course, outside. I would give ten stars for how clean and well stocked with amenities the place is if I could. More exceptional qualities:-The VIEWS! The dolphin sightings were fun for the kids AND adults.-The fish cleaning station was a nice touch for the three fishermen in our group.- Plenty of parking for our houseful of guests-Very nice, new swimming pool in the side yard with gulf view

Island Breeze
We have stayed at St. George Island several times. This was by far the best vacation home we have rented. The house is absolutely beautiful with all amenities included. It is so close to the beach that your can sit on the deck and talk to family members that are by the shore. We can't wait to go back! Island Breeze - Great home!
The location in the Plantation was great and private. The fact it was dog-friendly is why we chose it. It is really upscale and we all loved everything about it. The large master on the main floor was a plus as well. the wifi did not work but the management company give us a hot spot that was perfect for our stay. Family Vaca!
Island Breeze was perfect for our family vacation with plenty of large bedrooms, each w/ it's own bathroom. This huge house sits so close to the ocean on a very quiet beautiful beach w a pool, screened in porch for sitting and eating, and a huge common area and kitchen for gathering. We saw dolphins every day and only had to walk a few steps to sit on the beach and search for shells. The time of year we went was so quiet in the Plantation, we felt like we were on our own island! We enjoyed our stay!

Renter
This was such a beautiful house and the beach access was amazing. Kids room had queen/king size bunk beds with an additional slide out bed. You can leave the back doors open and just listen to the ocean from almost anywhere inside the house. Very clean and accommodating .

Q: CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGES

For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty.Please note:after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You maycancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking.Please note:after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was recieved.

Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer.Please note:Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
