crispy veg starter recipe | veg crispy restaurant style | veg crispy starter with step by step photo and video recipe. snack or starter recipe is one of the most sought recipes by all age groups. be it a simple evening snack or to start a feast, a demand for a crispy start is always high. one such easy and simple starter recipe is the crispy veg starter recipe which has a similar shape and texture to a kebab but tastes like a vegetable cutlet.

i have always been a huge fan of deep-fried snacks recipe. perhaps, i developed the taste from my college days. those crispy patti samosa’s, pakora or even the vada pav was my all-time favourite. to be honest these deep-fried snacks are just good to taste. they do not add any nutrients to your meal but are certainly filling. but only after starting this blog, i started to explore some healthy snacks recipes. well technically this snack is deep-fried yet i would term it as a healthy one. just because of the use of multiple vegetables in it and more importantly, it is shaped like kebab which would soak less oil. hence i would certainly recommend you to try this once and serve it to friends and family.

furthermore, i would like to add some additional tips, suggestions and variations to the veg crispy restaurant-style. firstly, the shape is not important for this snack and it is shaped like a kebab to make it attractive. you may shape it like a disc, cylindrical cube, or any desired shape using a shaper. secondly, i have used breadcrumbs to coat the snack which would make it crisp and flaky. yet you can use other alternatives like rava, corn flakes or even dry noodles to make it crispy. lastly, i prefer these to be deep-fried as it gives an even golden colour to the snack, but you may pan-fry or shallow fry too. also do not overcrowd while deep frying and give sufficient space so that it can be easily fried.

finally, i request you to check my other related snacks recipes collection with this post of crispy veg starter recipe. it mainly includes my other related recipes like macaroni kurkure, onion samosa, railway cutlet, aloo papdi, roti tacos, palak patra, moong dal kachori, cabbage pakoda, maggi puff, bread samosa. further to these i would also like to add some more additional recipe categories like,
